About Sally-Ann

After a 20-year career in banking, Sally-Ann discovered a true love for real food and applied to work as a course technician at the School of Artisan Food on the Welbeck Estate, Nottinghamshire.

Since 2021 she has been the School's lead tutor in barbecue and all other aspects of meat preservation, preparation, and cooking, in addition to running several bespoke courses for chefs and private parties.
